Day 340! Tonight for the first time I cooked a Saudia Arabian dish called, Al Roaz Al-Zirgygen. It was a chicken dish with lots of Tumeric, Cumin, spinach, onions, and Greek style yogurt, served over rice. It smelled really good cooking, but the flavors just didn’t seem to make it into the chicken. The 14 year old and I rate this, “just okay”. Go do something new. You don’t always have to finish what’s on your plate.
