Day 138. First time I’ve ever made a dish with and eaten Polenta. I sort of made up my own recipe too. Cooked up Italian sausage in some olive oil, onion powder and garlic powder. Put some pasta sauce in the bottom of an oval casserole dish then put in a little sausage and three slices of polenta and kept repeating. Topped it with the rest of the sauce, sprinkled some garlic and Italian seasoning and a thin layer of shredded cheddar over the top. Baked at 350 for 25 minutes. Not bad, not bad at all. Go do something new!
