Today I gave myself a short lesson in sign language. I had a book from the library, but I also looked at some videos to actually see people’s hands moving. The two worked together well, I think. I was apprehensive about trying this for fear I would mess it up, and then I thought, hey dummy, your trying! I’m not sure if I got it quite right or not, but it only took me about 20 minutes to a half hour to remember it all. With my fuzzy brain, I was pretty happy about that! Here is what I think I said with my hands: “Hi, How are you? I’m good! It’s a beautiful day. Go do something new!” I have a friend Charmaine who may be able to tell me if I got it right. Fingers crossed!
